Kyle had the final report available online the same day as the inspection. It was a “straight to the point” evaluation. Then a few days later I received a written report in the mail. It was clear and legible. The report contained many pictures, and the pictures were annotated to show the exact problems. My wife and I are extremely satisfied by the service we received.
