Your inspection will include a thorough visual examination of the home and property. The A+ inspector will usually spend three or more hours inspecting the house by looking for clues most people never notice.

You are Invited to the Home Inspection

We believe it is important for you to be present for the final half hour of the inspection. As the potential home buyer, being on site during the inspection will give you additional insights to the home and property.

Before the Inspection: Prepare a list of questions about the home and property, and give this list to the A+ home inspector. This will ensure greater detailed reporting on areas of your concern. If any special research or equipment is needed- arrangements can be made in advance.

During the Inspection: Please ask any additional questions.

After the Inspection: Learn about the general operation and maintenance of the home. Your A+ inspector will point out the maintenance areas and inform you about the items which need monitoring.
